Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

Please include the order number from your purchase confirmation and the email address used for the purchase if possible. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments you made will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. The refund is made by the payment provider as seller (merchant of record) using the same means of payment you used for the purchase; you will not be charged any fees. The associated license key is blocked upon withdrawal.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun (e.g. by delivery of the license key), after you have expressly agreed that performance may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and have been provided with a confirmation of the contract (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code).

You can test musaik free of charge for 14 days with all features except export. This lets you check before buying whether the app suits you.
